Cornmint (Mentha Arvensis), is a herbaceous perennial plant that grows to a height of 0.1-0.6 meters. The Mentha flower is a little group of flowers with 1-4 seeds in each nutlet. It is commonly grown in Nepal’s Bara district, as well as China, Thailand, Angola, South Africa, and Australia. Pudina, a local species of Mentha, has been widely dispersed in Nepal’s moist Terai and mid-hills. It can be used to flavor spices and season food naturally.
